RIVERSIDE, Calif., Jan. 29, 2008 -- Chapman University's 2008 Economic Forecast for Riverside County and the Inland Empire, released Jan. 29 by the Anderson Center for Economic Research, foresees a recession - similar to the Center's forecast for Orange County this year.
