Check Status

Using WebAdvisor, you can check on the status of your financial aid by going to "Financial aid award letter" under "Financial Profile". You will be able to see whether or not you have been awarded and if any additional information or documents are being requested by our office.

In order to access WebAdvisor you need your Chapman User Name and Password. User Names and Passwords are provided to students upon their enrollment at Chapman University. Click here for additional information.

If you think you have done everything to complete your loan processing and you have not yet received funds, visit the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS) site where you can check the disbursement status of your loan. You can also view information on other loans you have borrowed from previous academic years from all institutions you have attended.

Before you proceed,

have you completed your Stafford loan entrance counseling and Master Promissory Note (MPN) online yet?
Have you submitted all documents that have been requested of you? (i.e., tax forms, citizenship documentation)
