David Dowling is a Visiting Assistant Clinical Professor and joined the faculty in 2007 as an adjunct professor. After receiving his B.A. from Brigham Young University, he received his J.D. and M.A. in Dispute Resolution from Chapman University School of Law. Professor Dowling was a law clerk for McPeters AcAlearney Shimoff & Hatt and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2006 to 2008.
