William J. Brown, Jr. is a Visiting Assistant Clinical Professor and supervising attorney in the AMVETS Legal Clinic. He operates a private law practice focused on intellectual property and complex commercial litigation and has appeared in actions in federal courts throughout the United States. Previously, he practiced for more than a decade at the international law firm Jones Day. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University and was executive editor of the Jurimetrics Journal and a symposium editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. Professor Brown is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and served on active duty as an officer in the United States Air Force. He clerked in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California from 1997-1998. He previously taught as an adjunct professor at Chapman University School of Law. |
